Baram Update

Kfar Saba Magistrates Court, Judge Goldis ruled on Uri Baram’s case. Baram, a resident of Ra’anana, is accused of distributing a movie against Ass’t. State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan. Attorney Anat Haddad of Attorney Zion Amir’s Law Firm on behalf of Honenu represented Baram and requested a delay of a month to investigate the evidence. A further hearing by Judge Doron Chasdai will deal with whether or not he must stay in jail. Baram’s lawyer is requesting his release.
