Deliberation took place this morning on Tekoa resident accused of resisting destruction of Carlebach family home

Sunday, September 18 21:44 At the Jerusalem Magistrate Court a deliberation took place this morning on a Tekoa resident accused of resisting the destruction of the Carlebach family home that was destroyed in the Tekoa D community.
This morning a deliberation was held at which the charge sheet was read. The deliberation had been postponed in order to allow the prosecution sufficient time to present a response to difficulties which arose in the charge sheet.
