Assault victim files complaint

Sunday, August 6, 2017, 16:43 On the afternoon of Sunday, August 6, a Jewish man approximately 50 years old walking to the yeshiva he attends in the Old City of Jerusalem was assaulted by an Arab youth. The victim was hit in the head, bruised and cut. Policeman passing by chased the assailant, detained him and took him to the police station for interrogation.
The Jewish man arrived at the police station in order to file a complaint against the Arab and after doing so was evacuated for medical treatment.
Honenu Attorney Yossi Nadav, who is assisting the injured Jew as a victim of terror, “My client was brutally assaulted in the Old City of Jerusalem solely because he is a Jew. At this moment my client is in the police station filing a complaint about the serious incident. I am certain that the police will do their job reliably and bring the assailant to trial.”
