At the Jerusalem Magistrate Court a deliberation will take place on the restrictive conditions placed on residents of Mitzpeh Avichai and Haifa

Monday, March 28 9:52 At the Jerusalem Magistrate Court a deliberation will take place this morning on the restrictive conditions placed on a Mitzpeh Avichai resident and a Haifa resident.
A charge sheet was submitted last week against “A”, the Mitzpeh Avichai resident arrested on suspicion of throwing rocks at Arab houses near Mitzpeh Avichai. “A” was released to house arrest and today a deliberation will take place on the restrictive conditions placed on him until the end of proceedings.
An additional deliberation will take place on “Sh”, the Haifa resident arrested on suspicion of throwing rocks at Arab vehicles during a protest that took place after the attack at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem last week. “Sh” is currently under house arrest and this morning as stated a deliberation will take place on the restrictive conditions placed on him until the end of proceedings.
