HaRav Ya’akov Yosef arrested – National Unit of International Crime Investigations “filtered out” his attorney

Sunday, July 3 7:19 At approximately 6:45 National Unit of International Crime Investigations detectives stopped HaRav Ya’akov Yosef’s car as he returned from morning prayers. The detectives drove off with the rabbi in his car.
Honenu attorney Adi Kedar, who is representing the rabbis in the controversy surrounding the book “Torat HaMelech” (The Torah of the King), is attempting to clarify to where HaRav Yosef has been taken, however investigators from National Unit of International Crime Investigations are not willing to reply to him.
It should be noted that after the arrest of HaRav Dov Lior last week the arrest was conducted in a similar manner and investigators from National Unit of International Crime Investigations “filtered out” attorney Kedar and reported to him about the rabbi’s whereabouts only after a long time had elapsed.
