Petah Tikva District Court rejected appeal, Eli resident will remain in remand

Wednesday, September 21 16:34 The Petah Tikva District Court rejected today the appeal filed by Honenu attorney Adi Kedar on the remand of the Eli resident suspected of vandalizing army vehicles and the Binyamin Territorial Brigade base.
The court ruled that the magistrate court’s decision will stand and the detainee will remain in remand until Sunday.
