Remand extended on adults detained at Yitzhar

Monday, July 15, 16:01 On Monday, July 15 the Jerusalem Magistrate Court extended the remand of two adults detained the previous day at Yitzhar on suspicion of throwing rocks at a border police Jeep attempting to raid Givat HaSeruga, one of Yitzhar’s hilltops, and carry out detentions.
The detention of the two adults, who deny all charges, was extended until the coming Friday (July 19) by Judge Yael Yitav. The police had demanded a remand extension of ten days.
Honenu attorney David HaLevi represented the detainees.
Currently a deliberation is taking place at the Jerusalem Magistrate Court on the four minors detained during the same incident.
