The police request to remand in custody until the end of proceedings the resident of Hebron arrested on suspicion of throwing rocks at Arabs.

Monday, March 14 The police presented a request of remand in custody until the end of proceedings to the Magistrate Court in Jerusalem in the case of “Sh”, the resident of Hebron arrested on suspicion of throwing rocks at Arabs following the brutal murder in Itamar.
“Sh” was arrested after Shabbat on the claim that he threw rocks at Arab cars at an intersection in the Hebron Hills area.
Yesterday (Sunday) the police presented a statement of claim and the remand was extended by one day.
Currently the police are requesting that the Magistrate Court order detention in custody until the end of proceedings. Itzik Bam esq., of Honenu will represent “Sh”. The deliberation of his case will begin soon.
