Yesterday: charge sheet read to Uri Bar’am, attorney Kedar announced abuse of process plea

Wednesday, May 4 10:58 At the K’far Saba Magistrate Court a deliberation took place yesterday in which the charge sheet was read to Uri Bar’am, who is charged with distributing a short video against Deputy Attorney General Shai Nitzan.
Honenu attorney Adi Kedar, who is representing Bar’am, announced that he will request pleading a preliminary plea of abuse of process. The deliberation has been postponed for three weeks to allow for preparing the plea and compiling material.
