Supreme Court rejects appeal without deliberation – UPDATE

Friday, April 27, 2018, 18:10 Justice Anat Baron rejected the request by the Honenu Attorneys to hold a deliberation, as is set by law. The minor will remain in remand, without meeting with an attorney and without his status being known.
The Honenu Attorneys handling the minor’s case intend to file a complaint against Justice Baron for violation of the law.
