Thursday, January 30, 2020, 15:34 On the afternoon of Thursday, January 30, hundreds of Arabs arrived at the Harasha Spring, near the community of the same name, and planted trees at the site, which is frequented by local residents and many Jewish hikers. Apparently the Arab incitement was led by the Palestinian Authority with the participation of the Palestinian Minister of Agriculture. IDF forces distanced the Arabs from the site.
Dozens of Harasha and Binyamin area residents protested the incitement. During the demonstration soldiers and border policemen used severe brutality on the protesters, seven of whom were detained. It is expected that most of them will be released at the scene. Honenu Attorney Nati Rom will assist the detainees at the police station.
