Sunday, June 22, 2025, 11:19 Yesterday, during Shabbat, border police forces arrived with an excavator and destroyed a newly-founded community adjacent to Bat Ayin. The residents reported police brutality during the destruction. Eight residents, some of them minors, were detained and taken into the police station.
On Saturday night, after Shabbat, Honenu Attorney Assaf Gonen assisted the detainees at the police station. They were interrogated on suspicion of violating a closed military zone order. All of the detainees were released by Sunday morning.
