10 youths arrested at Binyamin Brigade base

Friday, April 27, 14:44 Ten youths were arrested a short time ago at the Binyamin Brigade base near the community of Beit El. The arrestees were taken to the Sha’ar Binyamin Police Station, Honenu reports.
Today, a group of youths from the Ramat Migron outpost arrived at the Binyamin Brigade base in order to protest the army’s policy over the past few months of declaring Ramat Migron a closed military zone and prohibiting anyone from staying oin the site.
According to the youths, the army has been renewing the closed military zone order on a regular basis as soon as the previous order expires, in order to prevent youths from staying on the site. The protesters added that enforcement of the order by the army and the police is selective and enforced only against Jews.
Recently many youths staying on the site have been arrested on the grounds of violating a closed military zone.
Border police who arrived on the scene of the protest arrested the group of youths, who were taken to the the Sha’ar Binyamin Police Station. Honenu attorney Adi Kedar is handling the case.
