Deliberation will take place this morning on appeal filed for Eli resident remand

Wednesday, September 21 10:40 At the Petah Tikva Magistrate Court a deliberation will take place on the appeal filed by Honenu attorney Adi Kedar on the remand of the Eli resident suspected of damaging IDF vehicles at the Binyamin Territorial Brigade base.
The detainee told Kedar that investigators from the National Unit of Serious and International Crime Investigations told him that they know that he is not involved with the act, but they suspect that he knows who did it.
Yesterday the Petah Tikva Magistrate Court extended his remand by five days.
