Four arrests at protest opposite Knesset

Wednesday, June 6, 17:48 Four protesters were arrested near the Knesset, two adults and two minors, Honenu reports.
Widespread protests broke out following rejection of the “Regulation Law” today in the Knesset. At a certain point the protests approached the Knesset building where mounted policemen began to disperse them.
During the protest Knesset member Michael Ben-Ari of the National Union party reported to Honenu that his parliamentary aide, right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir, had been arrested. According to Ben-Ari Ben-Gvir was arrested after he questioned the policemen as to why it was necessary to bring mounted police and horses that would endanger lives.
Two minors were also arrested during the protest. According to the police one of them is suspected of cursing a policeman and the other is suspected of pushing one of the policemen.
An additional adult was arrested at the protest and at this time the reason is not known.
