Jews detained on march to Temple Mount

Tuesday, May 6, 22:41 On Tuesday, May 6 a group of Jews attempted to march from Jaffa Gate to the Temple Mount. Three, two of them minors, were detained at the entrance to the Temple Mount. Throughout the length of the entire march the police attempted to prevent the marchers from reaching their destination. After the marchers reached the Cotton Gate, the detentions started. Three marchers were detained, one of whom was released. At this moment, on behalf of Honenu, attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir is filing an appeal with the Jerusalem District Court on the decision to detain the minors. After a similar request was filed with the Jerusalem Magistrate Court a deliberation was scheduled only for tomorrow morning.
