New order for GSS detained minors

Friday, January 4, 2019, 15:55 The GSS has issued a new order which continues the prohibition imposed on the three minors preventing them from meeting with their attorneys. The existing order expires on the night of Saturday, January 5, after Shabbat.
The new order expires at 22:00 on Saturday night, at which time the GSS will be able to extend the order if there has been a development in the investigation. If the order is not extended then the minors are expected to meet with an attorney for the first time since they were detained on the previous Sunday. The detained minors have not met with either an attorney or their parents since their detention and have been interrogated without the presence of their parents, in violation of the Youth Law.
