Tuesday, January 3, 2023, 13:21 Today (Tuesday), Supreme Court Justice Alex Stein ruled that Muhamed Jabari’s house will not be demolished until a hearing is held on the IDF petition demanding the demolition. Jabari carried out the attack in Hevron in which Ronen Hanania, Hy”d, was murdered and Ofer Ohana, a medic, was seriously injured. Justice Stein ruled that the hearing will take place within one week from today. The decision was accepted in the framework of a petition filed by the family of the terrorist against the demolition.

Honenu Attorney Chayim Bleicher, who is representing the victims, strongly criticized the petition filed by the terrorist’s family: “In light of Supreme Court precedents, it is not enough that the army intends to demolish only one story of the building in which the terrorist and his extended family live. The terrorists are attempting to prevent this minimal step with a petition to the High Court of Justice. We will come to the hearing and demand that the IDF be allowed to use all means to deter and eradicate terrorism.”
