Will terrorist’s house be demolished?

The petition

Thursday, June 3, 3021, 15:32 On Thursday, June 3, at the Shomron Military Court, the Military Advocate General filed a plaintiff’s affidavit against the terrorist who murdered Yehuda Guetta, Hy”d, at Tapuah Junction on May 2. They intend to indict him in the next few days.
On behalf of HaMoked: Center for the Defence of the Individual, Attorney Lea Tsemel filed a petition with the High Court of Justice opposing the demolition of the terrorist’s house. The High Court of Justice issued an interim injunction delaying the demolition until a hearing on the petition is held.
Honenu Attorney Chayim Bleicher, who is providing legal counsel to Guetta’s family: “The murderous terrorist should not see the light of day. One must remember that the terrorist has accomplices. He has a supportive environment. We will act towards penalizing all of the accomplices and the supporters.
“It is shocking that despite the clearly murderous acts of the terrorist, the IDF’s hands are tied by the High Court of Justice and immediate steps towards creating a deterrence factor are not possible.”
