Will the accomplice be released on parole?

Thursday, October 11, 2018, 8:49 At 9:00, the Be’er Sheva District Court will rule on an appeal filed by the Southern District Attorney opposing the decision by the parole board which ordered a reduction by a third of the sentence of Hani Dari, who was convicted of abetting a terrorist. Dari transported the terrorist who murdered border policewoman Hadas Malka, Hy”d, in Jerusalem in June 2017. See here for more details. Her father, David Malka, will speak before the court and at the deliberation the family’s position will be submitted in writing. The parole board under the jurisdiction of Judge Zohar Dolev Lehman decided on the early release due to Dari’s good behavior.
Honenu Attorney Chayim Bleicher, who has been assisting the family with realizing their rights as victims of terror, will accompany them in court: “This morning Hadas Malka’s family will submit their position in court, which expresses the feelings of Israeli citizens that in the war on terror there must be no leniency and no reduction of the penalties of anyone connected to acts of terror.
“Furthermore, repeatedly transporting non-residents without proper documentation over the Green Line during a time when they are carrying out terror attacks clearly constitutes a danger. Therefore his [Dari’s] early release must be stopped.”
