Youth Jailed Despite Alibi

A Jerusalem minor was held by police despite having an alibi witnessed by others. The police arrested him at the Ofra Junction, because they claim that they recognize him from a picture that Arabs showed them. They did not keep the picture to use as evidence. The Arabs claimed that Jewish youth had thrown rocks at their cars.
