Arab janitors beat Jewish students

Sunday, May 30, 2021, 22:33 Jewish eighth-graders were assaulted by Arab janitors at their school in the central region of Israel on Sunday, May 30. The assailants hit them and also beat them with a broomstick. When the police arrived, they detained the janitors, but also one of the 13-year-old boys.
Eyewitnesses reported that when the policemen were talking to the janitors on the street, the detained boy was left in the police car for almost half an hour with the windows closed and without air conditioning. After interrogation, the boy was released to house arrest.
Honenu Attorney Aviad Lanchner, who assisted the detained boy: “Eighth-graders were beaten by Arab workers at their school and in the end one of them was detained. What an embarrassment.”
