Binyamin resident arrested after habeas-corpus writ issued against him

Tuesday, July 26 16:52 “A”, a resident of the Kochav Ya’akov community, was arrested after a habeas-corpus writ was issued against him.
“A” was brought to the Petah Tikva Magistrate Court and released after he signed an obligation to appear at deliberations and bail.
There is an outstanding charge sheet against “A” for entering Joseph’s Tomb several years ago.
