Demonstrator detained opposite Petah Tikva Courthouse

Sunday, November 2, 2014, 11:51 On Sunday, November 2, shortly before noon, police detectives detained a Shomron resident approximately 16 years of age during a demonstration held opposite the Petah Tikva Magistrate Courthouse. The demonstrators are protesting the severe conditions under which Jewish minors are being in remand by the GSS.
The demonstrators report that during the demonstration police detectives attacked one of them, the approximately 16-years old youth, and detained him. Honenu is trying to verify the reason for the detention.

Tuesday, October 28. Activists succeeded in entering the Petah Tikva Magistrate Courthouse as a deliberation was being held behind closed doors and called out words of encouragement to detainees who have not yet met with an attorney. The courthouse guards removed the activists from the courtroom. One of them was detained for several minutes and then released.
