Tuesday, November 11, 2025, 13:41 Honenu Attorneys Adi Keidar, Moshe Poleski, and Nati Rom are representing two of the five IDF Unit 100 soldiers indicted in the Sde Teiman case on suspicion of assaulting a Nukhba terrorist prisoner who took part in the Simhat Torah massacre (October 7). At this time, a hearing is taking place at the High Court of Justice on the petition filed regarding the leak of a video clip from the Sde Teiman military base by the Military Advocate General. The video clip was doctored to defame the IDF Unit 100 soldiers. The purpose of the petition is to determine who will conduct the investigation of the former Chief Military Advocate and the Sde Teiman case following the announcement by Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara that she will not be involved in handling the investigation.
At the hearing, Attorney Keidar demanded that the soldiers be added as respondents to the petition and that the investigation be removed from the hands of the office of the Military Advocate General: “The immediate victims are the soldiers against whom the indictment is pending. The indictment was filed following a series of errors the likes of which we have never seen. The investigation of the incident is being conducted negligently. We petitioned the court to order detentions of those responsible for the falsified evidence and confiscate their cell phones even before the events of HaTsuk Beach occurred, but it seems that nothing is happening. We are concerned that this investigation, which at the moment is stalled, will not realize its goal. Everything that is happening in this investigation constitutes investigative material for our case, because we are the main interested parties. We are of the opinion that the indictment should have been dismissed a long time ago. We at Honenu have been following this case since the original detention. Everything that is decided here will effect the soldiers, therefore they must be allowed to take part in the hearing, and the Military Advocate General must be removed from the case.”
