Kiryat Arba resident arrested during funeral procession of Ben-Yosef Livnat, hy”d, released to house arrest

Friday, April 29 13:55 Yesterday “Y”, the Kiryat Arba resident arrested at the beginning of the week during the funeral procession of Ben-Yosef Livnat, hy”d, was released to house arrest.
The police filed a charge sheet against him on suspicion of blocking a military vehicle and throwing rocks at Arab vehicles. The police requested an extension of his remand until the end of the proceedings, however Judge Doron Hasdai released “Y” to house arrest until the next deliberation on his case.
Honenu attorney Adi Kedar represented “Y” in the deliberation.
