Petah Tikva Magistrate Court unconditionally released tens of Joseph’s Tomb detainees

Tuesday, May 3 17:42 The Petah Tikva Magistrate Court currently unconditionally released the first group of detainees removed from Joseph’s Tomb.
A short while ago the Ariel police brought approximately 20 detainees who were arrested last night at Joseph’s Tomb. Honenu attorneys Adi Kedar and Chai Haber represented the detainees.
Judge Nachum Sternlicht refused the request by the police to extend the remand by 48 hours and ordered the unconditional release of the detainees. The deliberation of the second group of detainees is currently beginning.
