Restrictive conditions on Shomron resident under house arrest eased

Wednesday, July 20 15:20 At the Jerusalem Magistrate Court a deliberation took place this morning on the young resident of Tzofim accused of assaulting Arabs near Hevron.
The youth has been under house arrest for approximately four months.
This morning Judge Rubin presided over a deliberation on his restrictive conditions. Honenu attorney David HaLevi represented the youth and at the end of the deliberation Judge Rubin ordered that the youth be permitted to leave his house accompanied by a guarantor.
