Tuesday, November 18, 2025, 15:42 Right-wing activist Ayelet Lash reported to the Civil Servants’ Disciplinary Court for an evidentiary hearing this morning (Tuesday). The Civil Service Commission made a case against her concerning tweets she posted on her Twitter account denouncing Arab terror. The Commission claimed that Lash, who works as a teacher, posted racial slurs and statements inciting against Arabs and former Environmental Protection Minister Tamar Zandberg (Meretz) in three separate tweets in 2021. Although the State Attorney’s office announced the closing of the case against Lash over a year and a half ago, the Commission is continuing their investigation of her tweets. Honenu Attorneys Adi Keidar and Moshe Poleski are representing Lash.

After the hearing, Lash said, “The attempt to shut me up will not work. I will continue to act for the good of the People and Land of Israel. I thank Honenu for assisting me with the case. Without them, I would not have the strength to proceed.”

Attorney Keidar added, “This trial exemplifies the political persecution that started with the State Attorney’s office. Even after they themselves closed their case, the Commission did not let up, and put Ayelet on trial. We will make every effort until we prove her innocence.”
