Several deliberations took place this morning at the Jerusalem Magistrate Court

Wednesday, March 23 13:10 At the Jerusalem Magistrate Court this morning a plea bargain was sealed in the trial of “Y”, a resident of Kiryat Arba accused of disruptive behavior during the evacuation of Beit HaShalom in Hebron. “Y” will be sent to to the probation service for an expert opinion after which the verdict will be determined. The deliberation took place under Judge Eilata Ziskind and a Public Defense attorney represented “Y”.
Also this morning a deliberation took place on a resident of Hebron accused of throwing rocks from her porch towards an Arab house. The deliberation had been postponed several months to allow for completion of investigatory material.
The deliberation that took place concerning the Jerusalem resident accused of attacking an Arab who had broken into Mitzpeh Yair in the Hebron Hills area had been postponed to allow for completion of investigatory material.
