The court extended by two days the remand of Mitzpeh Avichai resident

Wednesday, March 23 18:56 Judge Yehezkel Barkley of the Jerusalem Magistrate Court extended by two days the remand of the Mitzpeh Avichai resident that was arrested yesterday on suspicion of throwing rocks at Arabs. The police issued a statement of claim according to which they intend to serve a charge sheet against him in the next few days.
Honenu attorney Michael Ironi represented the arrested man.
In the meantime, the police announced that they would leave in remand overnight the two residents of Mitzpeh Avichai who were arrested this afternoon.
The two were also interrogated concerning the incident of rock throwing at Arabs on Purim.
