Two youths detained on suspicion of involvement with Ephraim Brigade base incident – Warrants were issued a month ago

Sunday, January 15, 8:58 Two youths, residents of the community of Efrat in Gush Etzion and the Givat Ronen hilltop near Har Bracha, were detained early this morning by policemen from the Central Unit of the Yehuda and Shomron Police Department on suspicion of involvement with the Ephraim Brigade base incident which occurred one month ago.
The two were detained in a raid on their houses by policemen holding detention warrants and taken to the Yehuda and Shomron District police station where they were interrogated by interrogators from the Central Unit of the Yehuda and Shomron Police Department.
Honenu reported in response that, “‎These detentions are intended to please the media, and also because last week several detentions of soldiers and civilians were carried out on the issue of the Ephraim Brigade base incident, however all of them were false detentions and the detainees were unconditionally released.”
