Update in Daharia vehicular arson case

Friday, December 21, 14:31 New development in the Daharia vehicular arson case: On Friday, December 21 the police filed an appeal simultaneously with Honenu’s appeal, on which the district court ordered that Honenu’s appeal (immediate release to house arrest) be accepted and that of the police (release Saturday night, after Shabbat) rejected. Thus after almost three weeks of remand the Daharia detainees were released. Honenu Attorney Adi Kedar represented the detainees in the appeal.
