The Kfar Duma trial continues

Wednesday, September 5, 2018, 22:17 A deliberation in the Kfar Duma case trial is expected to be held at the Central District Court on Thursday, September 6, at 9:00. This is the first deliberation that will be held after the majority of the confessions made by the minor and some of the confessions made by Amiram Ben Uliel, an adult, were invalidated. The Supreme Court ruled that they had been tortured by GSS agents during interrogations and confessions were illegally extracted from them.
This will be the first time that the trial has been held since the minor was released.
