Three deliberations took place at K’far Saba Magistrate Court

Wednesday, April 6 20:10 Three deliberations took place this morning at the K’far Saba Magistrate Court.
One deliberation was on a Gush Katif expellee accused of entering Homesh three times. This morning a plea bargain deal was closed according to which he will not be convicted but will be sentenced to a suspended sentence and a fine of 1,000 NIS.
An additional deliberation, at which the charge sheet was read, took place on a Jerusalem resident also accused of entering Homesh.
Also this morning a plea bargain deal was closed in the trial of “Z”, the Shomron resident accused of assaulting a policeman during a demonstration at the Yitzhar Junction protesting the destruction of Jewish buildings in Judea and Samaria. “Z” will not be convicted, subject to the positive expert opinion by the youth probation service that will be submitted on his behalf.
