Kfar Duma Arson Case
Since the July 2015 arson attack on the Dawabshe family’s house in Kfar Duma, Honenu has assisted many Jews accused of involvement with the crime. Shortly after the arson attack in Kfar Duma, Meir Ettinger, Eviatar Slonim and Mordechai Meyer were detained on suspicion of involvement with the attack. They were held in remand, part of the time in solitary confinement after being illegally transferred to a high security wing, and in the end released without being charged.
